« The Ukrainian president Zelenskyy had been elected on the promise that he would end the simmering conflict that began with the Russian annexation of Crimea in 2014. He met with Putin in Paris in December 2019 and the two agreed to a ceasefire in the Donbas region, which both sides had largely respected, reducing the number of deaths to near zero. Once Biden set foot in the White House, Zelenskyy ordered a clampdown on Putin’s Ukrainian ally Viktor Medvedchuk, while simultaneously launching loud campaigns for Ukraine’s NATO membership, the return of Crimea, as well as for the derailing of the Russo-German Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline project. Two factors may have played into Zelenskyy’s decisions. Azerbaijan’s victory over Russian-backed Armenian forces in the fall of 2020, achieved largely thanks to Turkish Bayraktar drones, gave hopes that high-tech warfare against Russia could be successful. The other factor was that in December 2020, polls showed Medvedchuk’s party ahead of Zelenskyy’s. Just a few days after Biden’s inauguration, Zelenskyy gave an interview to American outlet Axios in which he famously asked his US counterpart: “Why Ukraine is still not in NATO?” This was followed by an op-ed with the same question in the title by Ukraine’s foreign minister, Dmytro Kuleba, published by Atlantic Council – a think tank that gets much of its funding from the US government and Pentagon contractors. Unsurprisingly, some of the same personalities that shaped US policies towards Russia in the 1990s also egged on the Biden administration to adopt aggressive policies that contributed to making the invasion happen. On March 5, Fried, Vershbow and Herbst, along with three others, published a report in the Atlantic Council with a list of recommendations for the Biden administration with regard to Ukraine and Russia. These boiled down to pressuring Putin by escalating on every front – from offering NATO membership plan to Ukraine to derailing Nord Stream 2 and “enhancing security” in the Black Sea. Three weeks after that publication, Putin began deploying troops on the Ukrainian border, embarking on 11 months of hair-raising brinkmanship. This period saw the British warship HMS Defender entering what Russia had declared its territorial waters off the coast of occupied Crimea in June, the US starting secret supplies of weapons to Ukraine in September and finally the US and Ukraine announcing a strategic partnership in November – a move that amounted to casus belli in the eyes of Kremlin hawks. It was around that time that Putin began preparing for the invasion in earnest before eventually triggering it in February 2022. The resulting war is now approaching its third anniversary.«

« Many historians and analysts agree that Russia would likely not have invaded Ukraine if Kyiv had kept the Soviet nuclear arsenal it inherited in 1991.. Under the Budapest Memorandum signed in December 1994, Ukraine gave up the world’s third-largest nuclear stockpile in exchange for assurances from Russia, the U.S., and the UK to respect its borders and sovereignty. Russia broke this agreement, first in 2014 and then with the 2022 full-scale invasion.«
« A functioning nuclear deterrent fundamentally changes a nation’s security calculus. Military analysts note that a nuclear-armed Ukraine would have posed a catastrophic risk to any invading Russian force, effectively raising the cost of aggression beyond acceptable limits. Geopolitical Leverage: Retaining strategic warheads would have prevented Russia from viewing its neighbor as strategically vulnerable in the post-Soviet power vacuum. Direct Breach: Russia flagrantly violated the Memorandum by annexing Crimea in 2014 and launching a full-scale invasion in 2022, proving the written assurances unreliable.«

« Is our enemy today Russia, as I sometimes hear? Is it China? Is it the goal of NATO to designate them as enemies? I don’t believe so. Our common enemy today is terrorism, which has hit each of our countries« , declared « French President Emmanuel Macron in a November 7 2019 interview with the Economist magazine. » In February and March 2014, Russia invaded the Crimean Peninsula, part of Ukraine, and then annexed it. Since 2014, Russia has consistently been taking over Ukrainian mines. As of 2022, Russia had seized 63 percent of Ukraine’s coal deposits. Russia Seized ~20% of Ukraine’s Territory Since 2014. « The West’s weak reaction to Russia’s annexation of Crimea in 2014 and the continued aggression vis-à-vis Ukraine in Donbas, and previously in Georgia in 2008, is referred to as a factor underlying Russia’s launch of a fully fledged war against Ukraine on 24 February 2022. When the United Nations Security Council voted on a resolution condemning the 2014 annexation of Crimea as illegal, China chose to abstain rather than vote in favor or against. This abstention blocked a unified global condemnation from the security body, offering Russia vital diplomatic cover.

Chinese state media and official spokespersons echoed Russian talking points, arguing that NATO’s eastward expansion and Western interference pushed Russia to the wall. Though China rejects formal recognition, it avoids directly criticizing Russian actions. Instead, Beijing often points to « complex historical factors » behind the conflict and criticizes Western or NATO expansion policies, allowing it to preserve its close economic and political ties with Moscow without legally validating the border changes. By refusing to label the events an invasion or violation of international borders, Beijing signaled tacit understanding of Russia’s security grievances Analysts view China’s muted 2014 reaction as a turning point where Russia realized it could rely on Asian markets and diplomatic shielding, laying the groundwork for the comprehensive « no limits » partnership that preceded the full-scale 2022 invasion. Isolated by early Western sanctions in 2014, Moscow accelerated its « pivot to Asia. » Amid the crisis, Russia’s Gazprom and the China National Petroleum Corporation finalized a massive 30-year, $400 billion natural gas deal. China dramatically increased its imports of Russian oil and raw materials through 2014, helping offset the economic impact of nascent Western restrictions and stabilizing Russian state revenues.«

This network constitutes roughly 70% to 85% of all foreign military bases in the world. When including domestic bases, training sites, and properties within the 50 states, the Department of Defense manages a total of 4,790 military sites worldwide. Roughly 60% of U.S. foreign locations are full-scale, large installations. The remaining sites are classified as « Lily Pads »—smaller, secretive, or collaborative radar hubs, drone facilities, and cooperative security environments. U.S. bases span more than 80 countries and territories across every inhabited continent. These foreign installations collectively house approximately 166,000 to 173,000 active-duty American troops permanently stationed abroad. U.S. overseas military bases generally occupy a minuscule fraction of their host nations’ overall national territory, typically accounting for less than 0.01% to 0.1% of the total landmass. However, when examined through a localized lens, these bases can consume massive, highly disproportionate shares of specific islands, cities, or provinces. The total global land area managed by the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) spans roughly 27 million acres globally, but the vast majority of this acreage sits within the United States. The footprint in foreign nations is divided into a few large hubs and hundreds of minor sites. Large Bases: Representing about 60% of overseas facilities, these are defined as installations larger than 10 acres or valued above $10 million. These function as miniature American suburbs with their own schools, hospitals, and transit grids embedded in the host state. »Lily Pads » (Small Bases): The remaining 40% are under 10 acres. They consist of localized radar facilities, cooperative security sites, or refueling strips that require almost no noticeable national land mass. » But most nations around the world are on leased to the American bases abroad which at the end of the leasing period can either be redeemed as fully American territories or released to some of the top american billionaires to become eventually at the end of the leasing period their own nations, but usually in general end up being leased back to the nations themselves etc..

If Aeschylus (Fragm. Incert, xi.) wrote that “God is not averse to deceit in a just cause.”; but Antonio Gramsci, a political theorist, wrote in the Italian weekly newspaper L’Ordine Nuovo (“The New Order”) in 1919 that “To tell the truth, to arrive together at the truth, is a communist and revolutionary act.”; and Samuel Johnson penned a short item in “The Idler”, that “Among the calamities of War may be justly numbered the diminution of the love of truth, by the falsehoods which interest dictates and credulity encourages.”; then in war not just the dead lies with god, but truth also lies, visible like a fa fallen bugger from the nose : « Ivan Yakovlevich stood totally crushed. He thought and thought and did not know what to think. “The devil knows how it happened,” he said at last, scratching behind his ear with his hand.” Written between 1835 and 1836, while Gogol was living in St. Petersburg, « The Nose » tells the story of a government official whose nose leaves his face only to recover it in the end aferter chasing it throught town. » Like pulling one’s nose above the stench of mass civilian massacres, for that bugger to be better pulled out of the nose as well as better be pulling by the nose during Ukrainian president Zelenskyy’s first ever visit to Serbia in Belgrade on August 8 when « he told journalists during a news conference that Ukraine’s position on Kosovo’s independence was “unchanged” — i.e. that Kyiv still did not recognize it. » It has become immediately memorialized as the world famous expression of « Ktract » of any vigie parrots on the shoulder of all captains of the ship of states in the political sea during the hunting of the shnarck »! “Zelenskyy’s visit and statement on Kosovo became a big deal for the country because it helped grant international legitimacy and whitewash Vucic’s authoritarian regime…”. Zelensky did more than simply restate Ukraine’s position of non recognition of Kosovo. He allowed Kosovo’s independence to be folded into Serbia’s account of territorial loss and placed it, by implication, in the same conceptual basket as Russia’s seizure of Ukrainian territory.“We respect the territorial integrity of our partners; we respect international law; therefore, our position regarding…Kosovo’s unilateral declaration of independence remains unchanged,” Zelenskyy said.“Likewise, we are grateful to our partners for their respect for Ukraine’s territorial integrity and sovereignty, including…Crimea’s status as part of Ukraine. Serbia’s position on this has also not changed,” he added. » »Zelensky did more than simply restate Ukraine’s position of nonrecognition of Kosovo. He allowed Kosovo’s independence to be folded into Serbia’s account of territorial loss and placed it, by implication, in the same conceptual basket as Russia’s seizure of Ukrainian territory. Foreign Minister Glauk Konjufca took to social media to voice “regret” at Zelenskyy’s remarks, noting that “while Kosova has imposed sanctions against Russia, Serbia has not aligned with the EU sanctions. He also noted that most European Union member states do recognize Kosovo, although five do not — an obstacle to the country’s EU membership ambitions.”
« Investigations show that Belivuk’s group, linked to the Montenegrin mafia clan Kavac, used an industrial meat grinder to completely destroy the bodies and material evidence. The remains, according to prosecutors, were dumped in the Danube River, while the victims’ clothes and personal belongings were burned. According to the investigation, the entrance to the torture chamber was hidden in the garage of a house in the Ritopek neighborhood near Belgrade. Behind a secret hatch and a narrow underground corridor, there was a white room with a dark floor and industrial equipment, where members of the criminal group allegedly tortured, killed and dismembered the bodies of their victims. At the center of this network was Veljko Belivuk, leader of the hooligan group “Principi,” which had emerged from the “Janjica” fan group of the Partizan Belgrade club. Initially known as a leader of hooligans in the stadiums, Belivuk later became a key ally of the Kavac clan in its bloody war with the rival Shkaljari clan. According to investigative journalist Stevan Dojčinović from KRIK, the war between two mafia clans from Montenegro has caused over 100 murders in the Balkans and has spread to Serbia, Bosnia, Croatia and other countries in the region. One of the first victims documented in the indictment was Luka Maric, name changed for security reasons, a rival hooligan leader and associate of criminal figure Filip Korać, linked to the Shkaljari clan. According to the prosecution, he was lured by a betrayed friend, kidnapped, taken to Ritopek’s house, and then tortured and executed with an axe. Photos of his butchered body were sent as a threat to criminal rivals. However, the issue took on an even greater political dimension after the publication of allegations of close ties between the criminal group and Serbian state structures. According to KRIK reports, communications with senior Serbian gendarmerie and police officials were found on Belivuk’s phone. Investigative journalists claim that a senior police officer communicated with Belivuk every day and reported to important figures in the state hierarchy. The leaked communications mention names such as Dijana Hrkalović, former state secretary at the Serbian Ministry of Interior. According to KRIK, the conversations also mention “the boss” and “the big boss,” which the journalists suspect were referring to the then-Police Minister and Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić.According to KRIK, the conversations also mention “the boss” and “the big boss,” which the journalists suspect were referring to the then-Police Minister and Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić. Belivuk himself, during his testimony, claimed that his group was organized for the needs of the government and was used to control fan stands, intimidate anti-government protesters, and secure support at pro-government rallies. Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić has repeatedly denied any connection with Belivuk and his group, stating that he had never met him personally. However, critics of the Serbian government claim that the arrest of the group only occurred after international authorities hacked into Sky ECC’s communications and exposed the extreme brutality of the criminal organization. According to Stevan Dojčinović, the problem does not end with Belivuk’s arrest. « The model remains the same. As long as this political system and this way of cooperation between the state and criminal structures exists, nothing will change, » he declared. »

“That is not good. Everyone should understand that in Ukraine they are also fighting for our fate, because if Russia is defeated, that is in our interest and in the interest of the entire Albanian nation, said the maintenance worker » of the Kosovo Ukrainian support banner hanged on the walls of the Pristina prominent downtown location building and who had to take it down and roll it tight to lower the shipping cost through the shipping company air farce one, to sell it to some russian activists planning to display it on the kremlin’s wall as part of the ongoing political campaign for the upcoming Rusian parliamentary election at the Duma nicknamed the “Due Mag” ever since the criminal war of invasion when they mostly legislate on amo order delivery leaving it to Trumputin to place the order as one “Due Mad!”
Now the question remaining is who exactly is supposed to become shark bait exactly which such obvious baiting is, as Zelensky getting some beef with Kossovo about the meat grinder of the russo Ukrainian front as not comparable to the Serbian perpetrated massacre of civilian population (During the the Kosovo War, which lasted from 28 February 1998 until 11 June 1999, Yugoslav forces killed between 7,000 9,000 Kosovo Albanians, engaged in countless acts of rape, destroyed entire villages, and displaced nearly one million people), annoncing the opening of the hunting of the « shnarck » season, given that Serbia has long achieved its full Independence from international law and is seeking to achieve fuller independence from the law? « While labeling Serbia a « mafia state » is a common hyperbole used by critics and investigative journalists, understandably so given their frequent disapearances and not to go the bathroom, « international oversight bodies officially classify the country as a « partly free » hybrid regime experiencing significant democratic backsliding. Independent analysts, local watchdogs, and international institutions like the European Union document deeply concerning, systemic links between organized crime networks and elements of the state apparatus like State-Sponsored Illicit Enterprise. The most prominent example is the Jovanjica marijuana plantation scandal. It was discovered to be one of the largest drug farms in Europe, operating under the direct protection and involvement of Serbian police and security services; or like State-Backed Hooligan Gangs. Violent criminal syndicates, such as the Veljko Belivuk clan, historically acted as an informal enforcement arm for political interests. They were utilized to suppress anti-government protests, manage private security, and police stadiums before being prosecuted. Global Organized Crime Index emphasizes that major private businesses close to high-level politicians receive preferential treatment in state tenders. They use sectors like construction and gambling to launder illicit profits into the legitimate economy. Transparency International, amendments to the Serbian legal system have further weakened prosecutorial and judicial independence. This creates an environment of legal impunity for politically connected actors. The Freedom House 2026 Country Report downgraded Serbia’s freedom score significantly. It cited state retaliation against anti-corruption protesters, police brutality, and the government’s deployment of armed gangs to suppress peaceful dissent. The Council of Europe’s anti-money laundering body, MONEYVAL, formally warned Serbia regarding the heavy « influence of corruption » over its regulatory framework and its failure to prosecute high-level organized crime. While the term « mafia state » accurately describes the deep integration of organized crime into public institutions, the state still functions at a basic operational level« , enforcing the Gogol old well read State policy of not letting anyone put their nose into anyone’s business as their own bread!

but it has its origin with the great bamboozled that is akin to The Big Sleep of Raymond chandler as the most metaphysical questionning about the hybrid nature of human nature just past and glue bits of scripted life span into a decorum that far more important than the plot of life as what matter is credibility, just like any of the con artist of religious creation have done:
« Wartime leaders often face moral dilemmas. A complex, and arguably under-discussed, dilemma is whether or not to use criminal groups for defense when facing acute national security threats. Russia’s 2022 invasion of Ukraine forced the country’s leadership to wrestle with this decision. Confronting Russian forces that have an estimated five times the military budget and ten times the number of active-duty personnel (Dewan, 2022), Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy (2023) repeatedly vowed to do ‘everything’ necessary to win the war. In this vein, the Ukrainian state has reportedly enlisted organized criminal groups to bolster its defense efforts. A complete understanding of Kyiv’s wartime relations with criminal groups remains clouded by the fog of war that has been made even foggier by misinformation permeating the reporting on the conflict.«

« Russia’s invasion has created demand from the Ukrainian state for services that criminal groups can provide. As one criminal actor put it, he and his associates can ‘do the dirty work for Ukraine’ (How the war split the mafia, 2023). Ukrainian political actors working with criminal groups has much precedent in the country, and popular anger over this collusion – and corruption more generally – helped fuel the 2014 Maidan Uprising that overthrew the regime of Viktor Yanukovych. The state’s use of criminal groups in the wake of the Russian invasion, however, is fundamentally different: Rather than being aimed at enriching the respective parties, the arrangements appear aimed at bolstering national defense. The confluence of supply and demand has settled at an equilibrium in which criminal groups reportedly contribute to Ukraine’s national defense through two means. First, they have provided intelligence to the Security Service of Ukraine that helped authorities apprehend Russian criminal actors mobilized in Ukraine for pro-Russian destabilization and sabotage missions . In one instance, a criminal purportedly blocked Russian attempts to encourage riots in Ukranian prisons; in return for his service, he was given a reprieve from his expected deportation. Second, criminal groups provide manpower for Ukrainian military and paramilitary units. The head of an Odessa-based civil defense group stated that, by his estimate, more than 100 criminals, with some carrying ‘automatic weapons, others grenades and even mortars,’ engaged in street patrols to protect against a Russian incursion . Criminal actors are incentivized to join fighting ranks because authorities offer carrots such as deferred prosecutions or the prospect of release from prison including for those who have been convicted of murder. Some now-released prisoners have assumed command positions. Serhiy ‘Chili’ Velychko was freed by authorities and became commander of the Kraken Regiment under the direction of Ukraine’s Main Directorate of Intelligence. Similarly, authorities also released Semen Semenchenko, a former member of the Ukrainian parliament and militia leader allegedly involved in arms smuggling and profiteering on state contracts. Semenchenko was set free given his ‘high organizational qualities that will benefit the country and defense,’ as stated in a letter from Ministry of Defense submitted to the court on his behalf. The full extent of Kyiv’s wartime arrangements with criminal actors is not yet known, and several scenarios – for example, the drying up of licit weapons supplies from partner nations – could push Kyiv to deepen existing arrangements« , but nevertheless we can always guess more scenari as a Trump University perfectly educated guess especially at Trump university party for educated guests :

The company produces films and television shows in Russian and Ukrainian, as well as organising concerts. According to Zelenskyy, the objective of the company is to « make the world a better place, a kinder and more joyful place with the help of those tools that we have, which are humor and creativity ». It has produced such popular shows as Vechirniy Kvartal (English: Evening Neighbourhood), Svaty (The In-Laws), and Servant of the People. A television channel using its brand launched in 2016. After Russia’s 2014 annexation of Crimea, Kvartal 95 closed its office in Moscow and began shutting down business ties with Russia.By Zelenskyy’s estimation, this reduced Kvartal 95’s average revenue per hour of TV programming from $200,000 to $30,000. From 2014, Kvartal 95 also began visiting the war zone to perform for Ukrainian soldiers at the front in the Russo-Ukrainian War. After Zelenskyy’s inauguration, many leading figures of Kvartal 95 joined Zelenskyy’s administration as Deputy Heads of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine, and one was appointed Deputy Head of the Ukrainian Secret Service. At the end of 2018, during an interview with Dmytro Hordon, the then future presidential candidate of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky stated that, together with his business partners, he had closed his business in Russia after 2014, which “used to bring in a lot of money and real profits”. Three companies in Russia that were co-owned by Volodymyr Zelensky and his partners at the time: Andrii Yakovliev, Borys and Serhii Shefirs, and Timur Mindich, who six years later would find himself at the centre of a high-profile corruption scandal. In 2019, the presidential candidate had to admit that he did indeed have business interests in Russia. Zelensky even explained why these companies should not be closed down: they collect royalties for the distribution of the TV series Svaty. “What should we do? Close them and give our money to the Russians? No!” he exclaimed in an interview with Ukrainska Pravda. But five days later, he decided that he personally should not remain in this business: even before the first round of the presidential election, he wrote a statement resigning as a founder of the Cypriot company Green Family, which owned three companies in Russia. « But Zelensky’s business partners continued to control Green Family and its subsidiaries. Journalists from Slidstvo.Info investigated what happened to this business after 2019 and up to the present day: they analysed dozens of extracts and reports, researched the biographies and social media accounts of individuals who are in one way or another involved in the activities of film companies in the Russian Federation. As of 20 May 2019 — the day of Volodymyr Zelensky’s inauguration — the Shefir brothers, Andrii Yakovliev and Timur Mindich’s company, through the Cypriot Green Family Ltd, co-owned three companies in Russia: Vaisberg Pictures, Platinumfilm, and Green Films. But Zelensky’s business partners continued to control Green Family and its subsidiaries. And I raised my business in the Russian fashion. I gave away pizzo and pizza, but — I caught them never to honor the family. I didn’t protest. Two months ago, they took their tanks for a drive, for another invasion. They drank vodka. And then they tried to take advantage of the first invasion to invade some more territory. Then they’ve invaded and the invaded, they’ve resisted to keep themselves uninvaded. So the Russian beat them up to pulp, like the poulp animals the russian are found of with all that stalinist leninist marxist red ink the State piovra has blown all over the abbyssymal criminal underworld. When I went to the hospital, their nose were missing. Their jaws were gone, they held together by wire. They couldn’t even weep because of the pain. But I wept. Why did I weep? They were the red light of my life keeping the Russian on their way of the highway stopping at invading– and now look at them all these beautiful population dead, brutalized, maimed and their territories invaded with their homes and work gone forever. Now the invaded ones will never be reunited again with the rest of the territories of Ukraine. (Zelous in the sky is the hymn hit to immit breaks down) Sorry…I — I went to the UN, like a good Ukrainian. These two invasions were brought to trial. The judge sentenced them to stop invading — but as a suspended sentence. Suspended sentence! They went free to keep invading that very day! I stood in the general assembly like a fool. And those two invasions, they smiled at me. Then I said to my life in Ukraine, « for justice, we must go to Don Caesar Veni Vidi Vuvicici. »
Don Caesar Veni Vidi Vuvicici, the god feather: We’ve known each other many years, but this is the first time you came to me for counsel, for help. I can’t remember the last time that you invited me to your house arrest for a cup of « cappo see no » problem with the law, even though my life is busy as godmobster to everyone’s else turf and not just your turf. But let’s be frank here: you never wanted my friendship. And uh, you were afraid to be in my debt.
Zelous in the sky is the hymn hit to immit: I didn’t want to get into trouble.
Don Caesar Veni Vidi Vuvicici, the god feather: I understand. You found paradise in Russia, had a good trade, made a good living. The police protected you; and there were courts of law to paid for low law. And you didn’t need a friend of me. But uh, now you come to me and you say — « Don Caesar Veni Vidi Vuvicici give me justice. » — But you don’t ask with respect. You don’t offer friendship. You don’t even think to call me Godfeather. Instead, you come into my house on the day of my dough’s turf veting day, and you uh…ask me to do murder, for money.
Zelous in the sky is the hymn hit to immit: I ask you for justice.
Don Caesar Veni Vidi Vuvicici, the god feather: That is not justice; your country and your turf is still alive even if reduced.
Zelous in the sky is the hymn hit to immit: Then they can suffer, as the nation and my turf suffer. How much shall I pay you?
Don Caesar Veni Vidi Vuvicici, the god feather: (stands, turning his back toward Zelous in the sky is the hymn hit to immit) Zelous in the sky is the hymn hit to immit… Zelous in the sky is the hymn hit to immit… What have I ever done to make you treat me so disrespectfully? Had you come to me in friendship, then this scum that ruined your country would be suffering this very day. And that by chance if an honest man such as yourself should make enemies, then they would become my enemies. And then they would fear you.
Zelous in the sky is the hymn hit to immit: Be my friend –(then, after bowing and the Don shrugs)– Godfeather?
Don Caesar Veni Vidi Vuvicici, the god feather: (after Zelous in the sky is the hymn hit to immit tickle his hand with a feather) Good. Some day, and that day may never come, I’ll call upon you to do a service for me. But uh, until that day — accept this justice as a gift on my dough’s turf veting day.

PART II »’ AS FART II »’: To know how far will Putin go to own people now is setting aside the fart side of his ass as his own art down the drain of the golden cow at the w.-c.!
If, when going to the John speaking at the toilet which talks back saying, IN THE BEGINING… were the words, and the words were with gogue (« Of unknown origin and likely an apocope of goguenot meaning « tub, » « chamber pot, » « latrines », w.-c. and also signifying a joke« .).., and the words were rogue demagogues for gog’s dogs of magog, going down the drain, then, IN THE BEGINING… was the combinatorics on words and its accronym as w.c.. IN Z END…was the word combinatorics as c.o.w, its acronym.

This is why in Russia the top politicians who are all piovra or the Vor mafia with political mobster well connected tentacular suction cups looking for suckers as the people considered fair to be sucked up in anything the piovra may want to do with them, like meat grinder war, are born with the innate political russian evolutionary ability to write their own law which they keep low to live with the abyssimal inpunity as poulpe fiction occasionnaly turning it into pulp friction like invading Ukraine on the most flimsy pretext as the low law, but making it sound like pulp fiction, like a suckling sound around the people.

Ukraine has been able to successfully deny sea control to Russia and inflict substantial losses on Russia Azov and Black Sea Fleet, so that the double headed vultures of Russia’s emblematic mafia State naval power, are now confined to play sitting ducks at the swimming pools of their luxury mansions; or on rainy days getting along like cats and dogs trying to catch all those rain checks for themselves, playing bad scoop, good scoop out water, stingin’ in the rain!: » I’ve used his stupendous group criminality for defense and now what? », is the second time perfect transcription ever pictured above floating identical thought of their two protagonists, that will be vaporized into the great criminality upgrade used as a defense upgrade of invading Ukraine, as the next great idea of Putin stable genius of evil and legal creature of the devil Smerdvedev alias the layer Medvedev alias Dork Pork Vor D’or.
« Moscow is concerned about this situation worsening as more veterans of its war against Ukraine return home. Only 140,000 of the estimated 700,000 Russian soldiers who have fought against Ukraine have returned so far, and more weapons will find their way from the battlefield into Russia as the war continues. The Kremlin may be especially concerned about this trend in regions that will have more soldiers return. The poorer Russian regions and non-Russian republics from which Moscow has recruited its army most heavily may be particularly dissatisfied with Moscow’s rule. Violent attacks on people and property in the Russian regions bordering Ukraine are threatening Moscow’s control there. The attackers, many of whom are Russian veterans with criminal pasts, are better armed and sometimes outnumber the local police. These veterans are often joined by others who have obtained weapons meant for the war against Ukraine. Some Russians who live near Ukraine have lost confidence in the willingness and ability of the police to protect them and are increasingly taking matters into their own hands. The violence in Russian regions bordering Ukraine is likely a bellwether of what will occur across Russia when the rest of those fighting against Ukraine return home. Russian authorities are losing control to armed criminals in regions of Russia bordering Ukraine. Veterans of Russian President Vladimir Putin’s war in Ukraine, many of whom have criminal pasts or engaged in looting during their time in Ukraine, are returning home with their weapons and posing a threat to local authorities. Some locals have also been arming themselves with weapons that bled into the Russian Federation from the Russian army in Ukraine. In places where the financial and personnel demands of the Kremlin’s war against Ukraine have decimated the local police force, armed veterans and locals have new opportunities to act outside of the law with decreased fear of retribution« .

« In Kherson tbe retreating Russians emptied out all of the hospitals, they’ve stolen all of the equipment and ambulances. They took all of the city machinery and city transport. They’ve robbed schools, homes, and private businesses of computers, equipment, cars, money, documentation, and even medicine and food. They’ve cleaned out grocery stores and pharmacies. They’ve cleaned out archives and transported them to Russia. It doesn’t stop there ; information about the looting committed by Russians is overwhelming. They’ve emptied out all of the museums and art galleries. They’ve robbed galleries of tens of thousands of pieces of art. All of the exhibitions, paintings, sculptures – all loaded up on trucks and transported to Russia. Local authorities have stated that “this act of looting is a part of the continuous robbing of cultural, medical and other institutions of the city of Kherson and Kherson Oblast by the Russian occupiers after the occupying administration announced the evacuation of civilians due to a probable counter-offensive by the Armed Forces of Ukraine”. And finally, so you would understand Putin’s insanity: on top of his orders to the Russian army to loot, rob, destroy, kill and deport as many Ukrainians as possible, making them go through filtration camps, he’s also ordered them to rob our graveyards. The remains of Grigory Potemkin have been stolen from a crypt in St Catherine’s Cathedral. They are seriously sick and depraved. Russian mercenaries in Mali used live prisoners to practice killing people with knives, including stabbing them in the heart, while other captives were deliberately wounded and mutilated for tactical medicine training, according to a former Wagner fighter now held in Ukrainian captivity. The former mercenary described the alleged practices in an interview with Ukrainian journalist Dmytro Karpenko published in September 2026. He said Russian instructors used at least three captured Africans for training exercises and that none survived. » So now they need brains after loosing it looting Ukraine and some much more horrific crimes than mass stealing as usual, so that in the spirit of reason recovery the Kremlin has organized a covert spirit recovery operation named « Asshole on Prescent 13 » to free Putin, under the miraculous leadership of the resurected dead zomby body of Yevgeny Viktorovich Prigozhin and his wagner dead russian zombiz mercenaries, the talky walkiries woking dead, at the head of the hoard horde to be attacking the « kremalin » where the malin, Putin has been declared to be kept prisonner by white russians remnants of a white russian putsch kins, named the Nut Crackers of the Mud Hut !!!
“By the very edge of the blue sea
lived an old man and his old woman.
For three and thirty years they had lived
in a tumbledown hut made of mud”
The Tale of the Fisherman and the Fish a fairy tale in verse by Alexander Pushkin, published 1835.

ZHappy birZday, Mr. P’rez hell Putin celebration at the red house now the equivalent to the white house. Marylin Monrozombiz is dressed for 19 May 1962, as the forever exact date she had chosen to be turned into a zombiz to our business sales representative at Zombiz Ward of Hose As A Rose: platinum curls, beauty mark, flesh-toned rhinestone gown, vintage microphone, the breathy line “Happy Birthday, Mr. President” she sang for John Kennedy at a Democratic Party anniversary and fundraising gala at Madison Square Garden in New York on May 19, 1962, ten days before Kennedy’s official 45th birthday. The face is the skull. The hands are bony. One bony hand hold the sickle like Death taking the Monroe pose because she is now a specialized zombiz in getting back at sleezy evil prez with a fullfledge criminal foreign policy by singing a birthday spell on them. So « ZHappy birZday to you. ZHappy birZday, Mr. P’rez hell Putin » sings Marylin Monrozombiz. The cake is Russia as the symbol of the piece of cake war against Ukraine turning sour cream burning oil and gaz smoken flavored and soon may be more. So watch out for the piece of cake Mr. Prez hell Putin, it is hot like Marylin Monrozombiz. But unlike U.S. President George W. Bush who briefly lost consciousness on January 13, 2002, after choking on a pretzel while watching an American football game on television at the White House, Mr Prez hell don’t stop breating and lose your breath to death yet for the smoke out is the birthday gift. The cake is cut in the outline of the country: European Russia on the left, Siberia running east, the far-eastern hook at the end. The name RUSSIA is written in icing ready to fully melt. The side is open, so the heat shows all the way up. Three burning layers, from the floor of the cake to the surface: Bottom layer. Nuclear-weapons waste, green and yellow, marked barrels already on fire. That is the degree the cake can reach: 348 degrees Celsius at five years and about 150 degrees Celsius after fifty years and the lowest fire comes all the way to the icing. Middle layer. Oil and gas, black crude under blue flames. Top layer. Coal, black and burning, the crust the candles stand on.
Seventy-four candles, one for each year since 7 October 1952. On the plate they are a readable row standing for the full seventy-four, because a thicket of seventy-four sticks would hide the map. Each candle gives off suffocating exhaust, birthday smoke out gift.
The banner reads:
ZHappy BirZday, Mr. P’rez hell Putin.
ZHappy birZday to you.
ZHappy birZday to you.
ZHappy birZday, P’rez hell Putin.
ZHappy birZday to you.
The sickle, and the bony hands reminds of death because the coal burns as the top layer and the oil too and also the uranium waste burried from the soviet Union hey days of careless handling of nuclear waste. The oil and the gas burn. The waste burns under them, and the fire reaches the surface. Seventy-four candles. The exhaust is the chorus. Bituminous coal in air has a theoretical flame ceiling of 2 172 degrees Celsius. Anthracite in air is listed at 2 180 degrees Celsius. In pure oxygen the anthracite figure is about 3 500 degrees Celsius. Those ceilings assume no heat lost and a perfect mix. A real furnace flame is lower, commonly about 1 200 to 1 600 degrees Celsius. An underground coal-seam fire is a smolder and already exceeds 540 degrees Celsius, hot enough to bake the ground above it and to send carbon monoxide and sulphur dioxide to the surface. Oil and gas, the middle layer Natural gas in air has a theoretical flame temperature of about 1 960 degrees Celsius. Methane, the main part of that gas, is listed at 1 963 degrees Celsius. Light fuel oil in air is listed at 2 104 degrees Celsius, heavy fuel oil at 2 102 degrees Celsius. A working flare or boiler, with extra air and heat loss, usually sits nearer 1 100 to 1 600 degrees Celsius. Left unburnt in the West Siberian rock, the formations themselves are far cooler: about 30 to 50 degrees Celsius near the edge, and about 100 to 130 degrees Celsius in the deep centre and north. Burning is what lifts this layer into the same range as the coal. Nuclear waste, the bottom layer. This layer does not burn as coal burns. It heats by radioactive decay. At reactor shutdown that decay heat is about 7 percent of the power the core had been making. After one hour it is about 1.5 percent. After one day it is about 0.4 percent. After one week it is about 0.2 percent. It does not stop. Held in a dry cask after years in a pool, calculated peak fuel temperatures are about 348 degrees Celsius at five years and about 150 degrees Celsius after fifty years. Cladding studies use 300 and 350 degrees Celsius as reference cutoffs. That is hot metal, not a flame. If the cooling is lost and the fuel melts, uranium dioxide melts at 2 865 degrees Celsius. That is above the theoretical coal flame in air (2 180 degrees Celsius) and above the theoretical oil flame in air (about 2 100 degrees Celsius). It is the degree the bottom layer can reach, and the only way that bottom heat exceeds the two layers above it. In ordinary storage it does not. In a melt it does, and the path is upward. What arrives at the surface National air: from about minus 68 degrees Celsius to about plus 45 degrees Celsius. Ground over a coal-seam fire: well above boiling, with the fire itself above 540 degrees Celsius. Open flame of coal, oil, or gas at the crust: about 1 100 to 1 600 degrees Celsius in practice, and up to about 1 960 to 2 180 degrees Celsius as a theoretical ceiling in air. Bottom layer, only if the waste melts: 2 865 degrees Celsius at the fuel. A birthday-candle flame is about 1 000 degrees Celsius at the bright tip. The black exhaust a short distance above the wick is already much cooler. Suffocation there is the gas, not the degree.
So you may think at all that new Kremlin nonsense to keep their retired military personnals and discharged utterly violent mercenaries, where does the resurected dead zombie body of Yevgeny Viktorovich Prigozhin and his Wagner mercenary dead russian zombiz come from all of a sudden popping out from nowhere? Well to produce such outstanding fit of jack pot science and I insist against all detractor of crackpot science that it take a business stamina of an international posture and reputation with many outlets all over the world with thousand of employees and a willingness to do business in Russia and stay, that is beyond the pale stronger that the death spell bound of any foreign business under the constant risk of confiscation as soon as Putin is opening the cookie jar and goes for some more jar head giger bread soldiers of soviet radioactivity, of those fool enough to trust anything he promised. « You think, maybe if I just keep my head down, it’ll blow over. You think, if I’m going to come back in 10 years, after Russian President Vladimir Putin dies and this war is over, it’s going to be very difficult to get back into the market because you have competitors who are using all of your assets. So maybe we need to stay here in terms of, you know, just keeping our foot in the door ». Moscow also signaled goodwill toward such firms. In March 2025, Putin told a congress of Russian industrialists that Western companies that left but kept their staff and technology, with Russians running them under a different brand, had « made an independent and responsible choice. My understanding was that the Kremlin saw war in Ukraine as temporary. The sanctions are temporary. The disruption of business relationships is temporary. And once Russia achieves what it wants in Ukraine, there would be some sort of a thaw, some sort of a reset. You can have a good run if you get in bed with authoritarians, but at some point you’re going to wake up and realize that your wallet and your kidneys are gone. And was it really worth it? » And to this last question we now answer as if this was the slogan itself from kidney to wallet of our business that stays right here in Russia as the only one no one has ever thought would be remaining in Russia, without being sized nationalized or other horror of the modern day hell of war profiteering at all cost, a cut throat business which we have even tackled as fulfilling customer order under that angle since Russia is big biz as Zombiz, the cheaper alternative to Tombiz as we deride here at Zombiz Ward of Hose As A Rose, the regular burial of the dead! And most customer are unaware of it since only Hollywood has advertised for Zombiz as advertising for advertising itself for zombiz never getting the information out there that zombiz is also a regular biz of transforming dead folks as zombiz instead of merely wasted biological material in a tomb underground or worse reduced to ashes: and that engine of technological inovation giving the lead to transform into zombiz whoever appeared stuck into the dead end as utterly reduced to be dead is dead soles! Here at Zombiz Ward of Hose As A Rose, our corporate R&D department started with noticing that the sole was utterly the most dynamic part of anyone through giving the boot or puting boots on the ground and keeping some under the boot, especially what brings good luck the underlooked superstision that turns out to be the spells that really comes true when shit is stuck under one left sole: In ancient and folk traditions, the left side is traditionally associated with evil, mystery, or occult forces. Crushing dirt with the left foot is thus seen as a way of « trampling » or blocking a curse. This belief emerged in the 19th century in rapidly growing cities in replacement for the actual physical shit. Before that, streets were muddy dumping grounds filled with excrement particularly from horses, and stepping in it was an unavoidable daily occurrence rather than a rare event. And the expression shit for wishing good luck before a theatre performance, a business gathering or any activity requing lots of people gathering to attest to its success was to the great quantity horse manure that would pile up in front of theaters, or any other places of successfull business when there were large gathering of attendants and customers and, consequently, success.

CHAPITRE VII.
« Russia, Venezuela and Iran together owe China $310.1 billion, or 30.1% of the $1.031 trillion owed to China across 30 countries tracked in the data. The top 10 borrowers also include Angola at $65 billion, Kazakhstan at $64 billion, Indonesia at $55 billion, Brazil at $54 billion, Argentina at $38 billion, Vietnam at $29 billion and Türkiye at $28 billion. Iran, which signed a 25-year strategic cooperation agreement with Beijing in 2021, ranks 11th with $28 billion in debt, equivalent to 22.3 billion pounds sterling. The next group includes Ecuador at $26 billion, South Africa at $21 billion, Laos at $21 billion and Ethiopia at $20 billion. Bangladesh and Sri Lanka each owe $20 billion. Sudan and Uzbekistan each owe $18 billion, while Peru owes $17 billion. The third group of 10 countries includes Cambodia at $16 billion, Malaysia at $16 billion, Egypt at $15 billion, Nigeria at $15 billion, Myanmar at $14 billion, Zambia at $14 billion, the Democratic Republic of Congo at $13 billion and Kenya at $13 billion. Turkmenistan and Belarus have the lowest debt levels among the top 30, at $12 billion and $11 billion, respectively. Belarus’s debt is equivalent to 9 billion pounds sterling. Analysts say Moscow’s enormous dependence on Chinese capital amid Western sanctions is turning Russia into Beijing’s main financial satellite, while other isolated regimes are rapidly losing economic autonomy and fully aligning themselves with the interests of China’s lending expansion. As a result, they say, China is becoming a lender of last resort for autocratic regimes. Analysts also say this concentration of debt allows Beijing not only to dictate discounts on oil and raw materials but also to convert the financial dependence of Moscow, Caracas and Tehran into direct political influence.«
⁂
Part III as Fart III: « Et tout broute, ouste!

| F0.6 | ho : S → [0, 1] | Score orthographique. ho(i) = 1 − dlev(ai, bi) / max(|ai|, |bi|).
| F0.10 | |A| = ∑i ∈ S 1A(i) | Opérateur de dénombrement. |
| F0.12 | uo, up | Les familles centrées sur S : uo(i) = ho(i) − h̄o(S) et up(i) = hp(i) − h̄p(S), vues comme vecteurs de ℝS muni du produit scalaire usuel ⟨u, v⟩ = ∑i ∈ S u(i) · v(i). |
| N° | Statistique (formulation mathématique) | Valeur | Forme exacte |
|---|---|---|---|
| F1.1 | Nombre de couples notés : N = |S| | 57 | exact |
| F1.2 | Score orthographique moyen : h̄o(S) = (1 / N) ∑i ∈ S ho(i) | 0,691 | rationnel |
| F1.3 | Score phonétique moyen : h̄p(S) = (1 / N) ∑i ∈ S hp(i) | 0,637 | rationnel |
| F1.4 | Plus petit score phonétique : mini ∈ S hp(i) | 0,200 | 1 / 5, à confirmer |
F2. Scores parfaits et comparaison des deux scores
| N° | Statistique (formulation mathématique) | Valeur | Forme exacte |
|---|---|---|---|
F3. Par langue : les fibres de λ
| N° | Statistique (formulation mathématique) | Valeur | Forme exacte |
|---|---|---|---|
| F3.1 | |S(λ = fr)| | 16 | exact |
| F3.2 | h̄o(S(λ = fr)) | 0,593 | rationnel |
| F3.3 | h̄p(S(λ = fr)) | 0,538 | rationnel |
| F3.4 | |S(λ = fr et hp = 1)| | 1 | exact |
| F3.5 | |S(λ = en)| | 33 | exact |
| F3.6 | h̄o(S(λ = en)) | 0,718 | rationnel |
| F3.7 | h̄p(S(λ = en)) | 0,688 | rationnel |
| F3.8 | |S(λ = en et hp = 1)| | 1 | exact |
| F3.9 | |S(λ = mix)| | 8 | exact |
| F3.10 | h̄o(S(λ = mix)) | 0,775 | rationnel |
| F3.11 | h̄p(S(λ = mix)) | 0,622 | rationnel |
F4. Par statut : les fibres de σ
| N° | Statistique (formulation mathématique) | Valeur | Forme exacte |
|---|---|---|---|
| F4.1 | |S(σ = printed)| | 36 | exact |
| F4.2 | h̄o(S(σ = printed)) | 0,665 | rationnel |
| F4.3 | h̄p(S(σ = printed)) | 0,593 | rationnel |
| F4.4 | |S(σ = printed et hp = 1)| | 1 | exact |
| F4.5 | |S(σ = evident)| | 21 | exact |
| F4.6 | h̄o(S(σ = evident)) | 0,734 | rationnel |
| F4.7 | h̄p(S(σ = evident)) | 0,711 | rationnel |
F5. Par nature : les fibres de κ
| N° | Statistique (formulation mathématique) | Valeur | Forme exacte |
|---|---|---|---|
| F5.1 | |S(κ = name)| | 21 | exact |
| F5.2 | h̄o(S(κ = name)) | 0,664 | rationnel |
| F5.3 | h̄p(S(κ = name)) | 0,605 | rationnel |
F6. Relations structurelles à l’intérieur d’un couple
| N° | Statistique (formulation mathématique) | Valeur | Forme exacte |
|---|---|---|---|
F7. Types d’édition : les fibres de τ
| N° | Effectif (formulation mathématique) | Valeur | Part de N |
|---|---|---|---|
| F7.1 | |S(τ = homophone)| = |S(hp = 1)|, classe prioritaire | 2 | 2 / 57 |
|---|---|---|---|
| F8.1 | |S(π = 82)| | 4 | 4 / 57 |
| F8.2 | |S(π = 83)| | 3 | 3 / 57 |
| F8.3 | |S(π = 84)| | 1 | 1 / 57 |
| F8.4 | |S(π = 85)| | 1 | 1 / 57 |
| F8.5 | |S(π = 86)| | 2 | 2 / 57 |
| F8.6 | |S(π = 88)| | 3 | 3 / 57 |
| F8.7 | |S(π = 89)| | 1 | 1 / 57 |
| F8.8 | |S(π = 90)| | 3 | 3 / 57 |
| F8.9 | |S(π = 91)| | 3 | 3 / 57 |
| F8.10 | |S(π = 92)| | 4 | 4 / 57 |
| F8.11 | |S(π = 93)| | 11 | 11 / 57 |
| F8.12 | |S(π = 95)| | 5 | 5 / 57 |
| F8.13 | |S(π = 96)| | 4 | 4 / 57 |
| F8.14 | |S(π = 97)| | 1 | 1 / 57 |
| F8.15 | |S(π = 98)| | 10 | 10 / 57 |
| F8.16 | |S(π = 99)| | 1 | 1 / 57 |

do = d(a, b), dp = d(a′, b′)
ho = 1 − do / max(|a|, |b|), hp = 1 − dp / max(|a′|, |b′|)
Δ = hp − ho ∈ [−1, 1]

h̄o = (1/N) ∑i=1N ho,i, h̄p = (1/N) ∑i=1N hp,i
r = ∑i (ho,i − h̄o)(hp,i − h̄p) / √( ∑i (ho,i − h̄o)2 · ∑i (hp,i − h̄p)2 )

2. Réduction du texte à l’os
| Couche | Objet | Taille | Obtention |
|---|---|---|---|
| 3 | Couples (a, b) avec mesures | 57 | do, dp, ho, hp, type d’édition, statut, langue, nature |

Figure 1.

| couple (a → b) | k | Zipf a / b | voisins de a | S (bits) | P(a|b) sans contexte | Bn (bits) | Ha (bits) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Q32 lawyer → layer | 2 | 4,7 / 4,4 | 171 | 7,2 | 0,0009 | 10,2 | 0,21 |

| Q43 crackpot → jackpot | 2 | 2,5 / 3,5 | 4 | 2,3 | 0,0018 | 9,1 | 0,02 |

Figure 4.

Figure 6.
- Wizard of Oz (Weak Z Hard of Ose, Whiz Hard of hose, Ward of Hose) : trois variantes du même original, formant un triangle.
What’s in a pun? Assessing the relationship between phonological distance and perceived funniness of punning jokes) n’a pas pu être ouverte et doit être lue avant de concevoir l’essai pilote.
