Comment lire les tableaux des jeux de mots de la onzième analyse en combinatoire des mots ?

Chaque ligne des tableaux précédents Chaque ligne des tableaux suivants est un couple (a, b) : a est le mot original, b le jeu de mots. Il est mesuré deux fois avec la même règle : sur les lettres (indice o, ce que l’œil voit) et sur les phonèmes (indice p, ce que l’oreille entend), a′ et b′ étant les transcriptions phonétiques de a et de b. Les tableaux A à E découpent les colonnes de la feuille en groupes ; chacun répète la colonne « Pair a / b » et son en-tête, et le tableau F résume l’ensemble.

Soit d la distance d’édition (nombre minimal d’insertions, suppressions et substitutions de coût 1 pour passer d’une chaîne à l’autre), et |x| la longueur d’une chaîne :

Les deux forces h_o et h_p sont des nombres rationnels de l’intervalle [0, 1] ; la valeur 1 n’est atteinte que si les deux chaînes comparées sont identiques. Ainsi h_p = 1 signale un homophone parfait (a′ = b′) et Δ > 0 un jeu de mots qui ressemble plus à l’oreille qu’à l’œil. Exemple : fin / faim. Notre méthodologie sera double et comme suit :

Première Méthodologie générale de comparaison des bruits d’animaux et des cinq bruits d’humanimaux analysés au moyen des seules propriétés de la combinatoire des mots :

La comparaison est effectuée exclusivement sur les invariants combinatoires des mots tokenisés. Aucune transcription phonétique, aucun spectrogramme ni aucune donnée acoustique externe n’est utilisée. Chaque bruit est réduit à un mot fini $w$w sur un alphabet fini. La méthode extrait le vecteur complet des propriétés figurant dans la table élargie et utilise ces propriétés comme coordonnées de comparaison.

1. Tokenisation canonique
Les traits d’union, espaces, ponctuations et diacritiques sont supprimés ou normalisés de sorte que chaque bruit devienne une unique chaîne de lettres. La chaîne obtenue est le mot $w$w. Cette étape est déterministe et est effectuée une seule fois pour chaque bruit avant tout calcul ultérieur.

2. Invariants combinatoires de la table élargie

Le vecteur peut être optionnellement mis à l’échelle composante par composante afin que les comparaisons restent significatives entre mots de longueurs très différentes.

4. Distance et regroupement
Une métrique est définie sur l’espace de ces vecteurs. Le choix le plus simple et le plus transparent est une distance euclidienne pondérée après normalisation min-max de chaque coordonnée :

où $m$ est la dimension du vecteur élargi et les poids $\alpha_i$ sont choisis de sorte que les caractéristiques structurelles (primitivité, bord, exposant critique, factorisation de Lyndon, mots absents minimaux) dominent la longueur et les cardinaux purs. Un regroupement hiérarchique ou un graphe des plus proches voisins est ensuite construit à partir de la matrice de distances obtenue. Puisque chaque coordonnée est un invariant pur de la combinatoire des mots, deux bruits proches sous $d$d partagent nécessairement le même schéma de répétition, la même structure de bord, le même type de Lyndon et des ensembles de facteurs / mots absents similaires, indépendamment de toute réalisation acoustique.

5. Règles d’interprétation

• Une petite distance signifie que les deux mots ont le même squelette combinatoire (même période, même hiérarchie de bords, même nombre de facteurs de Lyndon, ensembles de facteurs et de mots absents proches).
• Une grande distance signifie que les mots diffèrent sur au moins un paramètre combinatoire fondamental de la table élargie.
• La méthode classe donc les bruits par proximité combinatoire au sens de la table complète, et non par similarité phonétique. Toute validation acoustique ultérieure est extérieure à la méthode et n’est pas requise pour le classement lui-même.

6. Produit de la méthode
Le livrable final est une matrice de distances (ou un dendrogramme) accompagnée d’une courte liste de plus proches voisins pour chaque bruit, chaque voisin étant illustré par les valeurs des propriétés de la table élargie qui expliquent la proximité. Tous les calculs restent à l’intérieur du monoïde libre et n’utilisent que les fonctions classiques déjà définies pour les tableaux de bruits d’animaux. Ceci constitue la méthode générale complète adaptée à la table élargie. Elle n’utilise rien au-delà des propriétés de la combinatoire des mots qui ont déjà été tabulées.
